Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If Chasm is not right for you, we will refund you. No hard feelings and no complicated hoops.

Our promise: 14-day refund

If you are not happy with Chasm for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase at hello@buildwithchasm.com and we will refund your payment in full. You do not need to explain why, though we always appreciate the feedback so we can improve.

How to request a refund

  • Email hello@buildwithchasm.com from the address you used to buy Chasm.
  • Use the subject line "Refund" so we spot it quickly.
  • We will process it within 5 business days. The money returns to your original payment method via Stripe.

A note on third-party costs

Chasm's guided journey uses other services, most importantly a Claude Pro subscription paid directly to Anthropic. That subscription is not something we can refund, because you pay Anthropic, not us. If you want to cancel it, you do so in your Anthropic account. Our refund covers what you paid to Chasm.

Your legal rights

This policy sits on top of the rights you already have under consumer law, including EU and UK distance-selling rules. It does not take any of those rights away.
