Refund Policy

Builder, Architect, and top-ups: 14 days, no questions asked

This covers Builder, Architect, idea top-ups, and the Architect upgrade. Email hello@buildwithchasm.com within 14 daysof buying, from the address you bought with, subject line "Refund". We refund in full, no explanation needed, and your access is switched off from that point. It lands back on your card within 5 business days via Stripe.

The Agent Pack and single agents: delivered on request, not covered by the 14 days

These are downloadable files, not ongoing access: once unlocked you copy them into your own project and they are yours to keep, on our side there is nothing left to take back. Before you pay for one, we ask you to confirm you want it delivered immediately and that doing so gives up your 14-day right to cancel that specific purchase, this is a real requirement under EU consumer law for digital content delivered this way (Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive), not just our own house rule.

That said, mistakes happen. Bought the wrong thing, got charged twice, or it genuinely does not work? Email hello@buildwithchasm.com and we will look at it case by case. This is us choosing to help, not a promise of a guaranteed refund the way Builder and Architect are.

One thing we cannot refund

Your Claude subscription. You pay Anthropic for that, not us, so cancel it in your Anthropic account. Our refund covers what you paid Chasm.

Your legal rights

This policy sits on top of the rights you already have under consumer law, including EU and UK distance-selling rules. It does not take any of those rights away, except for the specific, explicit waiver described above for the Agent Pack and single agents, which you actively confirm before paying, every time.
